I start off with Paint.NET to clear the text boxes. Mainly I use this program for that because I haven't learned to use Photoshop all that well yet... What I really do is fill them with white colors, or other colors depending on the box...
I go on to translate with the help of Google Translate, Wiktionary, official translations in other languages and then write everything down on a Word document.
Then I use Photoshop to paste all the text in and... yeah, this is being as basic as possible.
Anyway, next issue.
I'd say it's the worst of the special issues, but that's up for debate.
