Ooph, I've been getting behind. But to anyone who hasn't been watching the comments, here's a very good start to your weekend, courtesy of Banker.

  2. So yeah, I made a comment about the new issue right before Birch created a new post. I'll just repeat... this issue had writing that hurt my brain, and overall, i don't like it.

But here we have something better, that being Tito Faraci at his best! Pretty much PK2's answer to Trauma.

    1. Eh, little screw-up there. The better title for #13 would be "Everything and Nothing."

Because the whole title thing was bothering me.

Yeah, I know, no big deal, shut up...

  3. How the fuck do you do that!?

I mean, one issue every two days is madness enough, dut this!?

    Anyways, a pleasure as always!

    1. I had already done some work on #13 days ago. All I had to do now was the lettering.

  4. So looking at the next issue...

The cover features Tempest Gale with a gun. And it's apparently written by Bruno Enna.

... I'm not sure if my body's ready.

    1. Oh, I'm sure your android body can take quite a lot more than those of us ordinary mortals.

...What? Everyone else is already calling you a machine, I just defined what kind of a machine. :|

4 issues to read tonight (haven't had stable Internet for a while, since I moved), and no need to wake up early tomorrow... I'm going to enjoy this so much.

    2. Okay, I'll tell the truth!

      ... I am an angel.

Make sure to drop by the forum when you're done! There'll be lots of stuff to discuss!

... and you other people, please consider it too. There are so many fucking users on the forum with zero posts...

  7. If Ultraheroes isn't available in English: It is available in German, I could translate it, but I could only base it off the German version, because I don't understand a word when I use an automated translator to translate Italian to English or German. Also if I could translate Italian, I'd go for Pikappa first ^^.

  8. Yeah pikappa would be the best choise , but while banker has already stated that it is out of the question , unless someone else steps up , i don't think there is much of a hope there

  9. By the way if you could translate Ultraheroes as you mentioned , I would be really really gratefull!!

  10. If I get some scans, I'll do it, but as I told you, I can not guarantee that the meaning is always preserved as in the original story, as I can't translate from the original source.

  11. I've started translating a bit, but that's really tough, Disney comics (expecially here in Germany) use very special vocabulary and thus require a dictionary for translation all the time. Mad props at Banker for his incredible speed it'll take forever to translte the whole Ultraheroes story. But I'm at work, writing down the translation in a Word document. I don't know how long this will take though.

  12. Nice work man , i can try to help you on that , only thing , i don't have a clue about german or italian but i can try with dictionaries , though i will have time from monday on since i have some exams then , i can give you my email so that we exchange opinions !!

  13. Don't underestimate the power of Google Translate and Wiktionary.

  14. There are 6 Ultraheroes stories: coa.inducks.org/comp2.php?ser=Ultraheroes&default_o=1&kind=nk&pg1=1

Two of them (including the 240-pages story) have already been published in the US by "Boom!" It would be a waste of time to translate these stories, when there is an official translation out there!

    1. It might come to you as a surprise, but there is more to the world than just the US. If the official English translation is on sale only in the US, I think it's justified enough to translate it again for us who live on other continents. Importing over an ocean is fucking expensive.

    2. I think his idea is that making the already translated ones available online would be easier than making the Italian ones available and translating them. We'd just need someone who could get them to rip them for us.

  15. If it has an english translation that actually is available to everyone that's a different story, then I might instead translate my favourite classic story, Paperinik contro Inquinator. Is the Ultraheroes properly available or do you need to live in the USA / UK to get the translation like for Pikappa? I know how much it sucks if you know there is a translation but it's impossible to get it...
